partenaires \u0153uvrant dans le domaine de l\u2019entrepreneuriat organisent avec l\u2019appui de la Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH Tunisie, une Comp\u00e9tition Nationale de l\u2019Auto-Entrepreneur intitul\u00e9e \u00ab Best \u0645\u0628\u0627\u062f\u0631 \u0627\u0644\u0630\u0627\u062a\u064a \u00bb pour le choix de 360 candidats inscrits sur la plateforme www.autoentrepreneur.tn porteurs d\u2019id\u00e9es et\/ou ayant une activit\u00e9 install\u00e9e dans l\u2019informelle en premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape et 120 laur\u00e9ats d\u00e9finitifs en deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape.<br \/>\nCette comp\u00e9tition consiste, pour les Participants, \u00e0 d\u00e9poser sur le site internet suivant : www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx leurs candidatures conform\u00e9ment aux instructions d\u00e9crites dans le pr\u00e9sent R\u00e8glement (ci-apr\u00e8s \u00ab le R\u00e8glement \u00bb).<br \/>\nLe non-respect des conditions de participation \u00e9nonc\u00e9es dans le R\u00e8glement entra\u00eenera la nullit\u00e9 de la participation.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nARTICLE 2: OBJET DE LA COMPETITION :<br \/>\nLa comp\u00e9tition a pour finalit\u00e9 de choisir parmi les candidats, 360 jeunes porteurs d\u2019id\u00e9es et ayant une activit\u00e9 install\u00e9e dans l\u2019informelle, ces 360 jeunes vont pouvoir suivre un processus d\u2019accompagnement afin de pr\u00e9parer leurs BMC \u00e9conomiquement viables et se pr\u00e9parer au pitch pour pouvoir apr\u00e8s passer par une s\u00e9lection finale de 120 Jeunes laur\u00e9ats.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nARTICLE 3: CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION<br \/>\nLa participation \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition est gratuite.<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s avoir pris connaissance du R\u00e8glement, chaque Participant devra d\u00e9poser ses informations en compl\u00e9tant le formulaire de participation en ligne qui et ceci avant les dates de cl\u00f4ture de la candidature.<br \/>\nToute candidature incompl\u00e8te, erron\u00e9e ou toute candidature d'une personne ne remplissant pas les conditions requises sera consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme nulle.<br \/>\nLes Participants s'engagent \u00e0 fournir des renseignements exacts dans leur dossier de participation. S'il se r\u00e9v\u00e8le que tout ou une partie de ces informations ont un caract\u00e8re mensonger ou ayant des parties non-mentionn\u00e9es volontairement, ce dernier sera exclu imm\u00e9diatement de la comp\u00e9tition sans r\u00e9clamation possible.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nLes informations recueillies sur le formulaire feront l'objet d'un traitement informatique local destin\u00e9 \u00e0 constituer une base de donn\u00e9es.<br \/>\nAu cas o\u00f9 le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Emploi et de la Formation professionnelle et ses partenaires directs souhaiteraient avoir des pr\u00e9cisions ou des informations compl\u00e9mentaires, le Participant s'engage \u00e0 fournir toute information suppl\u00e9mentaire.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nARTICLE 4: MODALITES D'INSCRIPTION ET CALENDRIER<br \/>\nLes participants seront invit\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019appel \u00e0 candidature en ligne. Les Participants se pr\u00e9senteront en r\u00e9pondant aux questions du formulaire et cela selon le calendrier ci-dessous mentionn\u00e9 :<br \/>\n- Ouverture de l\u2019appel \u00e0 inscription : du 20 Juillet 2025 au 20 Ao\u00fbt 2025 (date limite de soumission des candidatures en ligne).<br \/>\n- V\u00e9rification et Classement selon un syst\u00e8me de pond\u00e9ration automatique : 21 au 26 Ao\u00fbt 2025<br \/>\n- Annonce aux 480 retenus pour la phase d\u2019accompagnement : Le 29 ao\u00fbt 2025<br \/>\n- Une phase d\u2019accompagnement et de formation : Septembre 2025 \u2013 Octobre 2025<br \/>\n- 1\u00e8re Round : Evaluation r\u00e9gionale et s\u00e9lection des 72 meilleurs candidats r\u00e9gionaux : mois novembre 2025.<br \/>\n- 2\u00e8me Round : Evaluation nationale et s\u00e9lection des 48 meilleurs candidats nationaux : d\u00e9cembre 2025<br \/>\n- Validation des r\u00e9sultats des deux rounds de s\u00e9lection des 120 laur\u00e9ats : D\u00e9cembre 2025.<br \/>\n- Annonces des r\u00e9sultats et de la liste des laur\u00e9ats : Janvier 2026<br \/>\n- Octroi des prix : de janvier \u00e0 Mars 2026<br \/>\n<br \/>\nARTICLE 5: ACCEPTATION DU REGLEMENT<br \/>\nLa participation \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition Nationale de l\u2019autoentrepreneur implique l\u2019acceptation sans r\u00e9serve par les Participants du pr\u00e9sent R\u00e8glement dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9, ainsi que des lois, r\u00e8glements et autres textes applicables en TUNISIE.<br \/>\nLes Participants marqueront leur acceptation du pr\u00e9sent R\u00e8glement, du r\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et de la concession des droits qui en d\u00e9coule en cochant les cases pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 cet effet sur le formulaire de participation, lors de leur inscription en ligne.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nARTICLE 6: ENGAGEMENTS ET RESPONSABILITE DES PARTICIPANTS<br \/>\n<br \/>\nChaque Participant s\u2019engage \u00e0 :<br \/>\n- Accepter en totalit\u00e9 les termes et conditions fix\u00e9s par le pr\u00e9sent R\u00e8glement ;<br \/>\n- Autoriser express\u00e9ment les organisateurs de la comp\u00e9tition \u00e0 utiliser et diffuser leurs images et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments caract\u00e9ristiques de leurs projets ;<br \/>\n- ne pas diffamer, agresser, ni violer les droits des tiers ;<br \/>\n- ne pas causer d\u2019atteinte \u00e0 l\u2019ordre public et aux bonnes m\u0153urs ;<br \/>\n- ne pas cr\u00e9er une fausse identit\u00e9 ou usurper l\u2019identit\u00e9 d\u2019un tiers ;<br \/>\n- ne pas reproduire et\/ou utiliser la marque, la d\u00e9nomination sociale, le logo ou tout signe distinctif d\u2019un tiers sans son accord formel ;<br \/>\nEt d\u2019une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ne pas transmettre des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui portent atteinte aux droits de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle ou aux droits des tiers.<br \/>\nIl est express\u00e9ment entendu que chaque Participant garantit le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Emploi et de la Formation professionnelle contre tout recours d\u2019un tiers revendiquant le non-respect par le Participant de l\u2019une ou plusieurs des r\u00e8gles ci-dessus.<br \/>\nTout Participant qui ne respectera pas ces r\u00e8gles sera exclu de la Comp\u00e9tition.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nARTICLE 7 : DONNEES PERSONNELLES<br \/>\nLes Participants sont inform\u00e9s que les donn\u00e9es personnelles obligatoires les concernant enregistr\u00e9es dans le cadre de la pr\u00e9sente Comp\u00e9tition sont n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la prise en compte de leur participation. Les Participants sont inform\u00e9s que ces donn\u00e9es ne seront pas transmises \u00e0 des tiers autres que les partenaires du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Emploi et de la formation professionnelle. Ces entit\u00e9s pourront ainsi contacter les Participants concern\u00e9s ou leur envoyer des informations utiles. Les donn\u00e9es nominatives recueillies dans le cadre de la pr\u00e9sente Comp\u00e9tition sont trait\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi organique n\u00b0 2004-63 du 27 Juillet 2004, portant sur la protection des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nARTICLE 8 : PROCEDURE DE SELECTION<br \/>\nLa s\u00e9lection des laur\u00e9ats se fera en trois principales \u00e9tapes :<br \/>\n- Un classement par le syst\u00e8me : il s\u2019agirait d\u2019un classement que le syst\u00e8me fera pour choisir les 480 premiers candidats \u00e0 Titre de 15 premiers par Gouvernorat. Ce classement se fera sur la base d\u2019une note global qui se calcule ainsi :<br \/>\nNote Globale = Note pond\u00e9ration crit\u00e8res de classement + Note test d\u2019\u00e9valuation du profil entrepreneurial<br \/>\n<br \/>\n- 1er Round \u2013 S\u00e9lection r\u00e9gionale (par le comit\u00e9 r\u00e9gional)<br \/>\no Chaque gouvernorat organise un pitch r\u00e9gional avec 15 candidats.<br \/>\no \u00c0 l\u2019issue de ce pitch, le comit\u00e9 r\u00e9gional d\u2019\u00e9valuation s\u00e9lectionne les 3 meilleurs projets.<br \/>\no Ces 3 candidats class\u00e9s en t\u00eate sont automatiquement qualifi\u00e9s comme laur\u00e9ats.<br \/>\n- 2e Round \u2013 S\u00e9lection compl\u00e9mentaire nationale (par le comit\u00e9 national)<br \/>\no En compl\u00e9ment des 72 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s r\u00e9gionaux (3x24), 48 places suppl\u00e9mentaires sont attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale.<br \/>\no Ces places sont r\u00e9parties selon un quota \u00e9tabli par le comit\u00e9 national, bas\u00e9 sur deux crit\u00e8res :<br \/>\n\u2663 Le taux d\u2019inscription effectif par gouvernorat (mobilisation).<br \/>\n\u2663 Le respect d\u2019un seuil par rapport \u00e0 la moyenne de participation (\u00e0 d\u00e9finir).<br \/>\no Ce deuxi\u00e8me round permet de r\u00e9compenser les r\u00e9gions les plus mobilis\u00e9es, tout en maintenant un \u00e9quilibre global.<br \/>\n- La s\u00e9lection ne concerne que les candidats ayant re\u00e7u leurs cartes de l\u2019autoentrepreneur au pr\u00e8s du RNE.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nARTICLE 9 : JURY \/ Les Comit\u00e9s de s\u00e9lection<br \/>\nLe jury\/ les comit\u00e9s de s\u00e9lection sont ind\u00e9pendants et souverains.<br \/>\nIls d\u00e9cideront de s\u00e9lectionner ou non le candidat en fonction des crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection arr\u00eat\u00e9s par le comit\u00e9 national d\u2019organisation et communiqu\u00e9s aux candidats lors des appels \u00e0 inscription et candidature<br \/>\nLes participants s'engagent \u00e0 accepter les d\u00e9cisions du jury\/comit\u00e9s de s\u00e9lection.<br \/>\nL\u2019organisateur et ses partenaires se r\u00e9servent le droit de d\u00e9cider de ne pas attribuer des prix pour des raisons multiples.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nARTICLE10 : CONFIDENTIALITE<br \/>\nLes membres du jury\/comit\u00e9s de s\u00e9lection et les personnes ayant acc\u00e8s aux candidatures d\u00e9pos\u00e9es dans le cadre de la pr\u00e9sente comp\u00e9tition s'engagent par \u00e9crit (accord de confidentialit\u00e9) \u00e0 garder secr\u00e8tes toutes les informations personnelles et relatives aux projets. Aucune information communiqu\u00e9e par les candidats au jury ne pourra \u00eatre divulgu\u00e9e ou publi\u00e9e sans l'autorisation expresse des int\u00e9ress\u00e9s. Les personnes ayant \u00e0 en conna\u00eetre le contenu sont tenues au secret professionnel le plus strict.
